The MTOsport is a factory manufactured gyroplane made in Germany using the latest in computer aided design (CAD) technology and is fully certified in Germany and the United Kingdom to the most stringent testing procedures.  It was the first aircraft to gain approval under German regulations for ultralight autogyros.  Strict German noise regulations ensure that the MTOsport is also very quiet. 

The MTO 3 and its successor, the MTOsport, were the firrst gyroplanes to ever achieve British CAA BCAR Section T certification, one of the highest standards of certification in the world!  The MTO's popularity contines to grow worlwide due to the its renowned safety, clean aerodynamic lines, and high enjoyment value. 


The MTOsport is not only fun, it is ideally suited to aerial observation roles such as photography, farm and ranch service, and pilot training. Agricultural pilots in Australia use the MTOsport for crop dusting because of its short takeoff and landing capabilities and affordable operating costs. The Tomball, Texas police department employs an MTOsport for aerial surveilance. Several Auto Gyro models have been converted to amphibian or snow aircraft with the addition of floats or skis respectively.
